“Still the best Publix ever. Ever. Shopping is truly a pleasure and worth a few extra cents. Most other grocery stores leave me depressed, even if I've saved a tiny buck with some annoying card that I don't have. This location in particular leaves me feeling happy. Five Stars. - JW *Thank you Publix as a whole for not having some card you have to have to "save a buck".”
“This Store is always clean,organized never bulked up with aisle clogging displays.
The prices and selection are better than any competitor in the area.
The employees are always polite, courteous and helpful.
I looove ....that this store always has cashier's and plenty of them, where customers don't have to stand in line 5-6 deep or wait forever for another register to open.
Everything is done with speed and personal service in mind. Including bag boys.

“Who doesn't love saving money at the pump?! Great low prices! Customer service is awesome. They close the gas station too early. Gotta make it by 8pm or you can't use ur Ingles advantage card when paying with cash! I wish Ingles would add a cash option as a payment to their pumps like Spinx offers for the ones who pay only using cash and needing to use their Ingles card for gas pts.”
“Ingles is my quick go to place. I've never bought expired food from ingles. The store is always clean and smells good. Everyone is always friendly and respectful. The prices are decent as well. I just wish they would get the chicken patties in the clear bag back in stock. Those were the best ever!!!!”

“Good selection and great prices. They have a good selection of different meats and I was surprised by the good quality and wide selection of produce. I walked out with an entire cart of groceries after only spending $99, less than other major grocery stores! I'm very excited to cook for the 1st time since moving here.”
“I stopped going to the dollar general here in Townville. They have really gone down hill. The employees are rude and they don't have any items on the shelves. I started going to the dollar general in Anderson. At least I don't get a attitude and they have bread and milk”
“Absolutely amazed today I have been into dozens of Dollar generals across our country never seen one so organized it was very clean there was one set of boxes that hadn't been the truck just came in yesterday any other Dollar general their truck going to come in last week and there would still be a disaster on the shelves and plenty of boxes in aisles blocking your way down the only thing I noticed was it was very hard to find a worker”

“I hadn't been in in awhile due to transportation issues. However, I went in this week, found everything on my list, was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere ( no screaming babies or kids throwing temper tantrums like Walmart) store was clean, lady that works there is always friendly and makes me feel like a valued customer. She may be the manager, I am not sure, but she has been there awhile. She is always pleasant and friendly. was hard at work when I went in but took time to greet in a friendly manner.”
“Prices varies but usually more economic than everywhere else. Shop smart and check dates but you can easily stock your pantry to feed a family of 5 for 2 weeks spending less than $200.. lost a star because they don't allow you to use the restrooms even if it's a potty trained toddler needing to go”

“They always have just what I need! The people are friendly too, it's a very nice store. Need random supplies and snacks? Go here. I needed wild bird seed, greeting cards (cheap too!), packing tape and healthy snacks and found all of those items here. Fast checkout and done!”
“Usually the best option for basic grocery shopping. Usually not too crowded and they keep the store stocked pretty well. I will say I don't care for the new system of having to scan and bag all of my groceries while at least two sometimes more than two of the employees stand around goofing off and simply observing us at customers not only spend our hard earned money at this establishment but also do the job of a cashier and bagger!!!!”
“We just transferred all our prescriptions from Walgreens to Ingles off Highway 24 and Whitehall yesterday. The pharmacist is outstanding. He acknowledged me when I walked up to counter and knew exactly who I was and what all my prescriptions were. I noticed when the clerk had anyone waiting the pharmacist jumped right in to assist. You are lucky to have this gentleman and I will certainly let him know. I appreciate great service!”

“Update: I had another rough experience at self checkout but this time Management got involved! Daniel and Elizabeth worked to solve the issues that I brought to their attention with passion! I really appreciate both of them! Wonderful customer relations, Elizabeth and Daniel!!!
I was excited to find my new favorite store on the way home from work about a year ago. However, in the last few weeks, Customer Service in SELF checkout does not seem to understand the concept of personal space or manners!
It does not feel helpful. It feels invasive! They all pile up less than 3 feet away from me in groups, touch my food after it's been scanned, scroll through the screen, and press buttons for me as if I'm a threat. I'm done!
I feel that it is worth it to pay a bit more and drive out of my way from now on because it keeps happening.
I gave 2 stars bc Anthony is the absolute BEST and deserves a raise and outside of Customer Service/Cashier's/Management I loved this store!”

It normally takes 2 just to run the registers explaining why there is stock stacked in boxes unshelved, isles & shelving messy and empty.”

“Definitely a good store with a good manager, but customers on the other hand are a different story! The place looks a bit over crowded with stock that needs to be put on the shelves, and they try but I’ve watched the store go from all put together to trashed in a days time. So that’s why I don’t deduct stars it’s not the employees faults.”

“I love this place. They have random, awesome deals on things...I love the organic options and the fact that they have items without all the dyes in them. Would definitely recommend. Only con is I do not like the layout of the store. Oh and I absolutely love that they added self checkouts. High fives!!!!”
