“Clean store, friendly, helpful staff. The bakery is AMAZING! My go to for any and all cakes. Everything is clearly labeled. No issues getting rain checks and hassle free returns. The BOGO'S are always a big plus. A little more expensive than Walmart but we'll both paying a bit extra. Besides I've never seen anyone in PJ'S or adult dinosaur attire!!”

“I just left Food Line and have to say, I had a great experience with the employers and the goods there. I needed some pork meats today and grabbed one pack. However, I didn’t know that was on special price but got an old package with original price on it. The gentlemen named Markel and Brenden went above and beyond helped me to fix the problem. They were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their products and services. Thank you so much Food Line for having such awesome people on boards. “As I have said before, Food Lion is a Great place to shop. The isles are wide with plenty of room to move around even when meeting customers going in the opposite direction. I get Great deals on meat. Coming from Ingles with their few cents off a gallon of gas. I save more money in one trip than a month's reward that Ingles offers. Out of the 4 Food Lions that I shop at my favorite one is in Pelzer because they offer fresh carved sushi daily. I've never gotten a bad serving from there.”
“This local Food Lion is definitely worth trying Folks. Always good selections of favorites and local growers supply items that are so good for you. Now prices are going to surprise you and fresh fruit and vegetables ?”
“I like this store. Lots of diversity. Big fan of the deli and bakery section. Employees are usually nice and helpful. One dislike, the hot bar/deli food can be very salty at times. I think the cooks should taste test and lower the sodium on some of the items.”

“I visited there yesterday, 8/28/26, and it was such a wonderful experience! I was blessed by the many varieties of food from fresh fruit and vegetables, self-serve nut selections, bakery, deli, and meats. They sell lamb-leg steaks, these steaks are priced reasonably and they do not shrink! In addition, the young man that served me in the deli was very courteous and approachable. Overall, the store was well organized and very inviting. I rarely shop here but Lord willing, I hope to return more often.”
“I never review places, but I had to after the interaction I had with Chloe at this store. I think she's a maintenance worker, I'm not sure, but she was finishing up cleaning the bathrooms (which were immaculate when she walked out after cleaning them) and I caught her to ask her if she could help me. No hesitation, she smiled and said absolutely how can I help you. I told her what I needed and she walked me to the area and showed me the exact place the item should be, unfortunately they were out of stock, but she checked for me anyway! I am so impressed with this young woman that I had to write a review praising her. Chloe is an excellent employee, give that young lady a raise! Between her (and Shane and Taylor in the pharmacy) I think this will be my go-to grocery store! That's the first time an employee has ever walked me to the exact item I was looking for. She didn't point, she took me there!”
“Absolutely amazed today I have been into dozens of Dollar generals across our country never seen one so organized it was very clean there was one set of boxes that hadn't been the truck just came in yesterday any other Dollar general their truck going to come in last week and there would still be a disaster on the shelves and plenty of boxes in aisles blocking your way down the only thing I noticed was it was very hard to find a worker”
“Who doesn't love saving money at the pump?! Great low prices! Customer service is awesome. They close the gas station too early. Gotta make it by 8pm or you can't use ur Ingles advantage card when paying with cash! I wish Ingles would add a cash option as a payment to their pumps like Spinx offers for the ones who pay only using cash and needing to use their Ingles card for gas pts.”
“I stopped going to the dollar general here in Townville. They have really gone down hill. The employees are rude and they don't have any items on the shelves. I started going to the dollar general in Anderson. At least I don't get a attitude and they have bread and milk”
“Love this place. If you haven't tried the barbacoa, you must! Price and quality are amazing. This is the only place where I can get avocados ripe and ready to eat the same day. Very friendly staff. The place is so clean. We stop often to get corn tortillas, avocados, and barbacoa for our evening meal.”

“We just transferred all our prescriptions from Walgreens to Ingles off Highway 24 and Whitehall yesterday. The pharmacist is outstanding. He acknowledged me when I walked up to counter and knew exactly who I was and what all my prescriptions were. I noticed when the clerk had anyone waiting the pharmacist jumped right in to assist. You are lucky to have this gentleman and I will certainly let him know. I appreciate great service!”

“Great location very friendly and helpful staff. I have had a walmart employee stop what they were doing (ringing up another customer) to huff at my son, who is autistic and he does have meltdowns sometimes. It was so rude I never wanted to go back. Today at Publix the woman helping at the front was so kind to my son and it ment the world to me”
