Robert was able to pull together a replacement hose and regulator this morning and was willing to deliver it within walking distance of the campground! Totally grateful for the hospitality and service, since security would not let me pull my vehicle back into the campground if I had left.”
“All I needed was two propane tanks filled. Young man Zachary was on the spot. Walked in the store less than 30 seconds later I’m leading him to the car where he insisted that he grab the tanks fills them and He puts them in the car and we walk inside. Pretty long line. Only one lady running a register at that time. That young man spoke to another customer assuring them he is handling whatever ever issue he obviously had previously discussed with them. He heads out of site, a minute or two later he walks back out, hands the customer he spoke to something and walks behind the counter and opens up a second register and proceeds to ring-up the next customer in line. That kid is cut from a different cloth than the others his age. Ya don’t see them put forth effort like that much these days. If I owned my own business and had a spot that he would fit, I without a doubt would try to recruit him. If he didn’t know the job I needed filled he’s worth training with that kind of effort and ethic. I hope his management team can see this.”

“I never went into ProSource plumbing but I was waiting with my 7 months old son across the street for the bus, and a very nice guy brought me a drink and a couple snacks (he works at ProSource), he even told me I could go wait by his jeep so I was in the shade with my baby. This guy was so sweet and really made my day. I'm not for the Anderson area, where I'm from no one would do that kind of thing so sir whatever your name is thank you so much.My son went to town on the Gatorade and snacks.”
