“I had a flat tire and fortunately was able to limp into Larsen’s. Had only been there once before for an oil change about two weeks prior. Had my two young grandkids with me. The tire was irreparable and they needed to order a new one to match. I had no one to call to pick us up. Tracie loaded us, including the grandkids stuff into her car and drove us home! Service above and beyond! I won’t consider ever going anywhere else.”
