“MY FAVORITE PHARMACY! I've used other Publix pharmacies, and there's one closer to my house than this one. But I choose to go to this one because I like the staff better. They are so helpful, so kind, and they always listen to my rambling when I'm stressed out. They even helped me with using the best discount cards for the best prices because I struggle financially due to my chronic illness. They are never judgmental and they are always great over the phone and I struggle with phone anxiety. Highly recommend!”
“I just got off the phone with Braden. He is a pharmacist in the Publix Pharmacy. I am a physician /client, along with my wife, of this pharmacy. I spoke to him concerning issues I’ve had with both my medications and those of my wife. This gentleman Went above and beyond in helping me. His professionalism should be Congratulated and recognized. For years, my entire family has used this pharmacy and because of Braden‘s example, We will continue to do so. “Sams has a slight discount but all the pumps are one way traffic only which results in lines, people waiting their turn on the right side and empty lanes on the left side. So you can only use about half of their pumps. I told hubby I'd rather pay the extra $.10 per gallon to get the 25 mins back I wasted in the Sam's one lane only gas line.”

“If I'm being honest, I've been coming to this pharmacy since 2018 and I drive 25 miles each way. Which should tell how kind, understanding they are. Yes they are a private pharmacy but they treat you like they matter!!”
“I have been coming here to Sunset pharmacy for over 2 years now. Mrs. Robin and Mr.Wayne are awseome. Not only are they knowledgeable in there field, but they are friendly country folk they greet you by name. They go above and beyond to help you get the medicine you need, fast affordable with always time for a friendly visit. Oh and lets dont forget about our birthdays, only pharmacy that calls you to wish you a very Happy Birthday on it that i have ever experienced. I will never use another pharmacy other than Sunset Pharmacy ever again in my lifetime. Military discounts included. Thanks to all the staff there. Dont know what i would do without you all.”

“Working in the customer service filed and having to deal with the public is not for everyone. I love when I come across people who are compassionate, pleasant, customer friendly and professional. I want to recognize Jae her customer service is beyond superb. It has been a long time since I received service that goes beyond 5 stars. I first came in contact with Jae at customer service on 1/28 and again on 1/29 as a cashier. Jae is general manger ready . I hope she continues to climb the ladder and excel at everything she does. This food lion location is one of my favorites and I only have two locations that I visit this one and another one. I received great service from other staff before but Jae just touched and warmed by heart.”

Her attention to detail, charismatic demeanor, and care for her patients is well above anything you would expect at any pharmacy. During an emergency I had while visiting the store, she was there through the entire ordeal and cared for me and my family better than most doctors do in a hospital. Whatever Walmart is paying Corrine, they need to double it! Her genuine care for patients is what made the biggest impact on me and I will forever be grateful to her and her staff! “We shop at both Sam's and Costco. Both offer a lot of the same products, but each has their own specialties, and great deals! We like the produce at Sam's (seems to last longer b4 spoiling). Sam's also seems to have a better variety of young boys clothes. We spend and save enough from both to more than pay the cost of the memberships.”

“I visited this CVS store twice in the past two weeks to request help getting medication problems resolved. Both times, I was helped by Ann (I did not ask for her last name, my mistake). She was professional, personal, and courteous - not the norm that I have seen in other pharmacies. She was equally helpful to the customer before me and approached the customer after me with the same pleasantries and medical business friendliness. I hope that she is on duty during my future visits to this pharmacy.

“Kroger pharmacy provides exceptional patient care! My family has used Kroger Pharmacy in Irmo for many years now. Unfortunately, Kroger pharmacy is out of network with my new insurance. Other family members still have coverage that allows them to use Kroger Pharmacy and I’m so grateful!
Although this is an extremely busy pharmacy, they continue to provide personalized care by allowing you to speak directly with pharmacy staff, if you have questions or need assistance. I just received a phone call about one of my family member’s medications that is due for a refill. The phone call wasn’t from the local pharmacy but even their call center provides human interaction!
I can’t recall the names of all of the exceptional staff there but Wade always treats patients with respect and works to quickly resolve any issues we’ve experienced. The entire pharmacy staff is phenomenal!
Thank you for all you do! I hope that Kroger Pharmacy continues to provide the personalized human touch so necessary in healthcare. I appreciate that Kroger Pharmacy hasn’t outsourced communication to artificial intelligence (AI) when my loved ones need care.”

“My family has been using this Public Pharmacy in Lexington SC at Hendrix Crossing for about 5 years. We are pleased with the service we receive at the drive through and on the phone. The staff is always very pleasant and professional.They let me use my coupons which saves us money on our meds. It is close to my house and the drive through works usually works well. They send me messages on my phone to tell me that my meds are ready to pick up. Publix is much better than another pharmacy in this area. I can also see my meds online. Thanks for the good work Publix Pharmacy!”
