“It’s Christmas card season and this photo shop is BUSY. Like… slammed. There were several issues with my photo card order that were machine driven not made on the part of any employee but I had to return twice for issues. Jean in the photo department was kind, helpful and hardworking. She is clearly slammed and took the time to apologize for a machine failure and work with me to correct it. This level of customer service is hard to find these days and she was extraordinary.”

I stood in the sun line forever, but watching y'all make 20 subs for one customer and then us...it was magic! Nothing shy of art. Hardly ever do I leave a good review, because doing your job is just that...your job...but when you go above and beyond with precision and perfection, it should be noted. “This pharmacy is one of the best around and staff are very nice and professional. My mom is 100 years old and she needs to use their services often and they always do the extras to help her out. One time Jessica even delivered her meds to her home. Two days ago I was trying to help a friend without insurance to pick up her prescription and without me asking Leah fund a coupon that saved her 80% cost. The love for their customers they show here is real and we can all learn something from them. I need to share my experience with people and thank all the staff here for a job well done!”

“There is the sweetest pharmacy tech at this location who drew a sketch of my dog while we were waiting to pick up her heart medication. It absolutely makes my day to see this sweet surprise when I look at the medication summary and find the sketch of my dog. The techs have also been helpful in telling me about plans to save on my dog’s heart meds, which is extremely helpful.”

“I rarely shop at this location but stopped by while I was close by for fill-in needs to prepare an fried rice requiring ingredients that I wasn't sure about finding at my regular stores. I was very pleased to find every single thing on my list in one visit, which is why I knew choosing a Publix would be a good idea. This location was super clean, friendly and well stocked. I had no complaints whatsoever. My son LOVED his freshly prepared deli sub too. Keep up the great job team! It's always a pleasure to shop here when I'm on your side of town.”
