“A best kept bank secret in Beaufort and am reluctant to post as I love going into such an unhurried, personal place and would hate to see it get overwhelmed but probably inevitable. In terms of personalism, I've found over at least my experience with 2 Truist Banks, that they've cornered the market, which from my business banking perspective, a personal account and one non-profit, have also found that welcoming spirit on the phone when having an issue. Both Houston, Jenn, exceptional on site and clearly passionate and eager people. They, along with Truist, are refreshing in the bank world to encounter. In a world of automation and AI, I hope Truist will contine to keep and build on the human component!”
“They went the extra mile to service my needs as a foreigner trying to open a bankaccount in the usa. Which was highly appreciated as other banks have been very resistant. Id had to supply two forms of id and a proof of adres. But i did not need a ssn or itin. So a big thumbs up for forward thinking Wells Fargo. They respect laws as well as customers. 5*”
