“I see that many people have had a negative experience. I think it is fair to say that it’s like that in many establishments like this. We went in with an amazon return. Found the self service. It was the easiest thing since sliding a loaf of bread. I want to say we did receive a greeting and I know we received one when we left because I made eye contact with the young adult. The only I had, which is silly, was no clear direction where to place the package I scanned in. We just kind of turned around and placed it where we thought it should go and waited to be yelled at lol. But no correction came so I guess we were right. We will return to this store just for the self service portion!”
