“Great service today! With my lack of knowledge, they could have easily sold me new tires. But, they made sure I had the correct air pressure and told me I was good. They did replace my windshield wipers, all 3, for less than the price that another place wanted to charge me for one! Though they didn't make a big sale with me today, I know where I will go, when I do need new tires! Plus, I will be glad to share my experience with others!”

“A shout out to Tuffy Tire and Auto Center.These folks are the best. I drove over there (NO appointment) because my car was making awful noises and of course I thought the worse. It turned out to be a very simple issue and knock me over they were so kind they did not charge me for it. I had a complete brake job done with them a few months ago and they were just as efficient. The people that work there really believe in good old fashioned courtesy and kindness. I would recommend anyone to them. “I had four tires installed at this location, and I requested a tire alignment. The next day I received a call from the manager, and he advised me that they did not do the tire alignment. The manager asked me to bring the truck back at my convenience so they could do the alignment. I took the truck back the next day and had the alignment completed.I gave Firestone five stars, even though they did not complete all the work the same day, the five stars is for the manager, contacting me, and letting me know that the work had not been completed. It is a very reputable business that would admit to a mistake , and take the time to correct the mistake. The manager at Firestone reminds me of a quote. I don't remember who said it but the quote is "Integrity, is doing the right thing even when no one is looking".”
