“I am on my way from FL to Portland Maine in my 97 Jeep Wrangler. I stopped in Beaufort to see a friend. On Wednesday I went to Aldi to get supplies and in the car park my brake line ruptured. I found Complete Car Care not far away for AAA to tow me. What a great bit of luck. Lisa made me feel better. They worked on it Thursday and finished it Friday lunchtime. I met the young mechanic and Billy the owner. I was so impressed with the work, the cost and the friendly people. I would highly recommend Complete Car Care.”

“My husband and I were traveling with our 9 year old grandson from SC back home to FL when our low tire light came on. We were traveling in and out of rain, so looked for the closest place to check the tire pressure to avoid a problem on the highway. Although they said they don't normally work on tires, a very kind young man took time to check our tire pressure. Thankfully, the tires were all okay. He explained that the change in road temperature could cause the light to come on. We were very grateful to have the peace of mind as we continued on our journey.

“We were working in Beaufort over the earlier part of the week. After a very long day as we were pulling off the job my 2019 Ram 2500 Cummins tore up. We got it towed to Forrester Performance late that evening. Touched base with them first thing the following morning and they had my truck ready to go that afternoon. Very pleased with the customer service and also the professionalism they provided. Highly recommend these guys!!”

“Had issues with a key fob they made me make an appointment. While it seemed at first they just wanted to sell me on buying a new key fob rather than troubleshooting mine, I insisted on wanting to figure out what was the issue with mine first I had changed the battery out with two from the store but apparently neither of them were good. Ultimately the problem was the battery and total cost was less than 7 dollars. They could have charged me the hours labor to reprogram the key and I wouldn’t have known any different. So I applaud them for being honest.”
“Honest man never had an issue in over 25 years.....I brought my car in today for some maintenance due to the dealership I bought the car from said it needed work done. I dropped my car off to Mr. Gur at 8am, within an hour I got a call from Mr. Gur stating the work was not needed and come get my car. Since the mid 90's "Gurs" has worked on my vehicles without issue or problems. This is my go-to mechanic. Wish everyone had his integrity!”
“I am from out of town and my car broke down. They got me in right away even though they were busy. I met both the owner and the owner's wife who helps and they were both very fine people. The owner worked to get me back on the road quickly. He did not try to upcharge or upsell me. 10/10 I would use his businesses routinely if I lived nearby.”
