“I never talked to a human. There's pros and cons to that. Setup was easy as I was moving from another state and knew we would the arriving late and that no one would be in the office. I was glad I was able to set up online and get access easily so that I could come in and unload with no problem. I have been using storage in another state for many years and I am one of the people that likes to pay my bill a week earlier than the due date. My last month in your building I went in multiple times trying to pay my bill early and the website would not allow me to do so. It said my bill was zero balance. Even though I know the due date was coming up. The day after my due date I received an email telling me my payment was late. This was very frustrating and seemed off-putting. It made me feel as if I was delinquent even though I had tried multiple times. I replied to that email letting them know as such and did not receive a single email or comment back. So, while the easy check-in was wonderful. The lack of customer service and any communication with staff was a bit frustrating. We moved out after that. I do not want to appear to be delinquent with my bills.”

“We moved from out of state and used 2 UHaul Uboxes for our household goods because they were more reasonable than PODS. Our experience with UHaul was 5 Star - both at the pick up location and the destination in Aiken.They arrived ahead of schedule in Augusta - the Call Center informed us right away. (I inserted AirTags in each box so I saw when they arrived - good tip). Salome, the delivery driver from Augusta, was on time, efficient and placed them exactly as I requested. She picked up the empty boxes sooner than scheduled per our request. What a great experience!”

“This is a great location to use for self storage. The process was easy and convenient. I was able to go online choose which size unit I needed sign for it and pay for it. When my date came I received a welcome call from Ms. Brenda welcoming me and letting me know if I needed anything I could reach out to her in the office. “The first week the storage rental the gate was left open because it was broken. The employee informed me, however it took two weeks for it to be repaired. They also locked my unit while I was moving into it preventing me from putting my stuff into storage stopping me from dropping off my full full load.”
