“I have visited this location several times from oil changes and tires to front end repair and I have been treated respectfully by everyone. I wanted to make this review to recognize an exceptional employee named Robert. I’ve worked in customer service in different capacities and for major companies so I expect good customer service and when deserving, I feel as though it should be recognized. Robert is as pleasant as can ever be, knowledgeable, courteous and thoughtful. He is an asset to this business and it’s because of him, your business will always have my business. If I could give Carolina Tire more stars I would. Just permanently relocating to this area from my home in NC has been challenging but I know that this business will keep my car in the best shape.”
“I had an older ambulance we wanted to convert into a tailgate vehicle but the transmission was shot. Tony rebuilt the transmission and put in an electronic shifter so it would have overdrive on long trips to ball games. We got our vehicle back in the time promised and it shifted so smooth. We have been driving this vehicle for over 10 years now without a single transmission issue. Tony knew my kids would be using the ROOSTER CRUISER and wanted to make sure they didn't have any issues while on the road.”

“New guy did oil change. Found out the next day he didn't put oil stick back in holder, some oil slung out but caught in time. Reported to Randy and he made everything right with me.”
“I was very frustrated because they had my car for several days to change my tires and brakes but when I walked in to complain they explained to me what the hold up was and seemed genuinely apologetic which I really appreciate. They returned my car to me with new tires and brakes but only charged me for the tires (I didn’t ask for any discount) They were so nice even though I came in angry and it’s because of that that I do recommend this garage.”

“Broke down and called Mr Ricky. He came to tow us. Took us back to his garage. It was a bad wheel hub. He called and had the part delivered. We had our dog with us. He brought the dog water. Replaced the hub within 2 hours and had us back on the road. Typical southern hospitality. No price gouging. Will absolutely use him again. It was a great experience. “Was headed to work one morning and heard a scraping sound each time the front tire turned. Pulled over at side of road at the rear corner of this shop. A young man came out and saw me looking under my car. He walked around the corner of the shop to my car. Got down and looked. Directed me where to drive to get to shop entrance. I went in, was greeted warmly by reception who was already serving another customer. Got my tire fixed in a jiffy and was ready to pay and be on my way. The owner/manager walked from the back and greeted me. “It was minor ma’am, no charge. Come back to see us.” I thanked him and walked out. The young who saw me beside the road had pulled my car around to the door, said “glad to be able to help you out today”. I said thanks and was on my way to another great day thanks to the caring service professionals at Altman Automotive….. thanks guys! 🙏🏾”
