She was beyond accommodating and kind...my purchase was for a church family gift...so the little bit saved will be appreciated. “I go to this store mainly to purchase Biscotti Chocolati on a regular basis, but they're usually out of it. Management needs to be able to see with POS tech inventory, and increase supply. Store associates say they have no control over what or when corporate sends. We went to a Big Lots on Long Island last week, who had a huge supply of Biscotti, all 4 varieties.”

It was crazy how aggressive the man was and how her accommodating his temper tantrum deescalated the situation and even seemed to make him feel a guilty for his behavior. Y’all need 100 more of her in this store.”
