Initially, my concerns went unaddressed( i think i spoke with the wrong people, but they should have redirected me to someone that could help). But, when Marcus found out about the issues i was experiencing, he made things happen and made the necessary changes to regain me as a customer to the bank. That is the type of relationship I value. “I have been banking with South Carolina Federal Credit Union for many years.initially I drive from Lexington to West Cola because that was the closest branch. I did it because I love the service I receive from them. Now they are in Lexington and my entire family banks with them. I walk in or bank through the drive thru and the service is always the best. They know me by name. They treat me like family. I have had to call the 800 number before because of a misplaced card and even that service was excellent. Rupal is one of my favorites at the Lexington branch. Highly recommend this bank.”

Received call from Irmo Branch Manager, Eric, and he was able to walk me through the new software. It is difficult to understand; however, after he was able to do this, it works. But not easy for someone using the software for the first time.
