“I’m a new customer. I changed my direct deposit to PCFCU. I didn’t make it before the cutoff with my payroll Department. So I got a paper check. I did the online deposit thing. But when I went to use my card the next day it was declined. So I went to the Clemson road branch. I explained the situation. The tell told me there was a hold on my payroll check until next week. I explained that my check was from a major employer and if I had to wait for this hold I’d have my next weeks pay. The teller told me to hold on and she would talk to the branch manager. A’zaria lucas come back and told me that it was taken care of. Thank you for your great customer service, professionalism and understanding. You and your manager are awesome. I found my new bank. “So happy with my experience here to get my passport renewed. Only problem is: you have to bring in your photo for your passport, they don't take it there (I swear they used to). So yeah - if you need to get one, you can go to CVS and they'll take it for you and print it out - $10.50 there (sheesh!) but yeah. Very friendly folks who work at this post office. Tons of parking. Right by the park. So go mail something and then go for a walk.”
