Second time living at this complex and it’s wonderful. Location, Staff and Amenities are great. Quiet location and still within minutes of downtown Columbia. The staff is very friendly with prompt communication. I’ve utilized the pool and gym a lot with no complaints on either.

Overall, a great community to live in. Even though it’s not gated, I feel safe in the area. Front office staff is always friendly, even though sometimes their response time takes longer than expected. Rates are reasonable given the area and age of the apartments.
