“I've lived here for a year so far, and just resigned my lease. The front office is always helpful and easy to get ahold of if needed. The maintenance guys are also great, they've always been helpful but I've only had to put in 2 requests. The grounds are very pretty (love the pond and pool) and well kept, I think this apartment complex is a little hidden gem in Columbia. It is mostly young professionals and families that live here so its quiet and safe!”

“This is truly a great apartment complex! It’s always quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the community has been a wonderful place to call home.
The maintenance team is absolutely top-tier. They go above and beyond and have helped us with just about everything—from changing light fixtures and installing cabinets to mounting TVs. Their willingness to help has made living here such a great experience.

I’ve genuinely loved my time here, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the leasing office, specifically Sameera, for helping us find such an amazing apartment to call home for the last year and a half. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and we’re so grateful for her!

I have been here since Oct 2021 first on the siding (office side) then moved to the brick side oct 2025. I have been here before the current owner and when they brought Beverly on in the office things definitely got better me and previous manager didn’t see eye to eye and I tried avoiding her like the plague. I’ve had no issues with crime except once right after we moved in and my car door was left unlocked they apparently hit several other cars and the family of the teenager that did it moved out right after. Nothing has happened to me or anyone I know here since. All my neighbors have been polite and friendly.
There has been a few sad unfortunate incidents recently but with that said that can && will happen anywhere you live.
Yes there have been times maintenance has been a little slow to resolve non emergency issues but with having two maintenance techs retired at the same time and bringing in two new people that still have to learn the property it’s to be expected. When I did have an emergency with my ac they came right out and resolved the issue.
I’ve always found if I as calmly as possible went to the office as soon as an issue starts and address it with office staff it’s usually addressed quickly. They are only people and sometimes things get hectic and if you bring it up and remind them that the situation hasn’t been resolved, they usually get on it right away. I don’t think this is a bad place to live. I’ve enjoyed my time here

The biggest tradeoff is the surrounding traffic situation, especially during football season when the area can become extremely congested and frustrating for daily commuting. Parking can also be a consistent challenge for residents, which adds to the inconvenience.

Overall, it’s a convenient location with nice units, but the day-to-day logistics can take away from the appeal 👍”

“Staff is very professional and helpful. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly except some of them need to be more considerate when letting their pets out because they allow them to 💩 poop all over the walk way and some of the pets are dangerous.”

Is the building old? Yes.
Is it luxury? No. But my apartment is clean, well-kept, and a really nice place to live.

But don’t come here expecting a million-dollar condo and then complain — that’s not what this place is. Its like everyone complaining are the ones that want caviar with a McDonalds budget. Let’s be real.

The location is great, it’s convenient, and they don’t discriminate against my pets, which matters more to me than having brand-new appliances.

They are making updates. The laundry room was recently repainted, and there are security cameras in the mailroom, laundry room, and outside.

And since people keep mentioning roaches — I’ve seen one or two. It’s an older building in the South, that happens. I have not seen anything close to an infestation. That’s why pest control exists, and it’s available when you request it.

Any time I’ve had a question, it gets handled. Jill and Nikki are always available and do what they can. They work long hours and support the residents.

If you want affordable, good location, and pet-friendly, this works. If you want luxury with a bellhop at your service, go pay for it — that’s not what this place is.”

“Living at Quail Hollow Apartments has honestly been a really good experience for me. The staff? Top tier. They’re not just professional—they’re kind, patient, and actually care. Anytime I’ve needed something, they respond quickly and don’t make you feel like just another tenant.

Now yes, the property has some age to it—but you can clearly see the effort. It’s maintained with care, and improvements are always happening. That says a lot about management—they don’t ignore things, they work on them.

One of my favorite things is how quiet the area is. It really feels peaceful, which is hard to find. And if there’s ever a concern, they do their best to address it. Pest control comes out regularly, so you’re not left dealing with issues on your own.

Overall, it’s the hospitality for me. You feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of—and that matters more than anything. Quail Hollow isn’t just a place to stay, it actually feels like a place you can live comfortably.”

“*THIS IS FOR STAFF MEMBER MAX, NOT REDPOINT AS A WHOLE*: I’ve been living here since September 2025. The maintenance team has been—alright to say the least. Not even average. Long story short, my A/C stopped working months ago and I didn’t realize until recently because I got a unit installed a while back. I put in a work order today and the new maintenance technician Max came today and went above and beyond. He was very nice and helpful. That’s like my new friend now, lol 😂. 10/10 recommend, y’all need to KEEP THIS GUY REDPOINT! PERIOD.”
