“This business has charged charged and charged just to tell me they don’t work on old vehicles. We have spent more than 3500.00 with them in the last 36 mths and now their excuse for not being able to repair the vehicle is age related. They’ve repaired it in the past but now they don’t work on older vehicles There’s no signs anywhere to that effect. Beware if you have an older vehicle. They don’t repair.

Update: 11/24/2025
Josh has been very good about addressing the problems encountered with the service received While we won’t be returning for service because our vehicle is “over” 25 yrs of age. However there still is no sign to make anyone aware of this.
But I think that knowing Josh stands by his work is testament to his business. He does make things right.
My deepest gratitude to him!

Today, I had what I thought was a nail or something in a tire. Turned out to be simply changing air temps. Nothing in the tire & no charge for the check from Royson's!”

“I had a tire blow out. I spent a couple hours trying to find a real person to answer my questions. I called Lake Murray Tire and the gentleman told me to come on over. I did. He looked at my tires, told me how many needed to be replaced. Made appointment for the next morning. New tires put on, rotated and some fuses worked on in about an hour. They were nice and respectful to an older woman with no tire experience.”
