I do not know much about cars, but Missi explained the details of what was wrong with my car perfectly, plus she helped me out with the loaner car and payment plan. “Had a trip scheduled on the back roads from the lake to Beaufort.. dodging lots of heavy rain.. tire pressure in car alerted us.. we stopped in Ergle.. and we were told it was about lunch., may be a while..the tire was checked.. in fact all were and we were back on the road in less than an hour!! “Stopped in to have brake work completed and Chelsea was honest and up front by telling me I didn’t need brakes at this time and possibly would need rotors in the near future. She also said that my rotors would need to be resurfaced before replacing the brakes if anything and to come back if I noticed a difference in the steering wheel. This is the first business I have encountered that hasn’t just wanted to take money from its customers. If you are looking for brake work without being “upsold” unnecessary items, come and give them a chance”

“The headlamps on my 2014 RAV4 needed replacing. When I initially brought my car in for the inspection/estimate, I was apprised about the Headlight Restoration process by Jennifer and Chris. At first, I hesitated because I had tried the headlight kit twice without seeing significant results. So, I decided to have this process done professionally based on their recommendations. When my vehicle was finished, my ?eyes were wide opened and my jaw just hung in astonishment! I was so flabbergasted as to what I had witnessed! ?
