“A big thank you to the crew and staff. If you’re looking for great service, convenience and fair pricing look no further. Within my first phone call, I was able to drop off the next day. They promised to get my vehicle worked in even though I did not have an appointment. The text messaging is the best I’ve ever seen. You can approve jobs, get quotes and be kept informed. After I approve the repairs, my vehicle was ready within two days. I had brakes, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, along with routine maintenance. Needless to say a lot to be done in two days with no appointment. The best part I dropped it off at night, paid my bill through the text app and pick my car up after hours with a secured lockbox key. The experience was first class. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and repair facilities over the last 40 years. I know when I just got lucky with a good service advisor or if I’m dealing with a place that has good processes. “Great service for the second time on a vehicle that I owned. Two years ago when I lived in Columbia, SC., they serviced my Ford 500. The staff was so professional and courteous I decided to bring my Murano for them to service with brakes. Since I was in town from Atlanta to see a friend I had to stop by. I want to say thank you to the entire staff at Brakes-4-Less in Irmo, SC for fitting me in and taking care of my vehicle as if it were yours. My visit was on 2/17/24 and I would recommend this establishment for brake service. They do offer military discount with picture ID and it's greatly appreciated!”

“Perfect. 10/10 This was my first time coming here and basically my car was starting to give me a few issues and only getting worse. Pretty shortly after bringing my car to Drive I was helped and shortly after took a test drive to get a better idea. Well the owner gave me a couple of suggestions of what it could be right away during the test drive. They ran the code shortly after getting back and it ended up being exactly what his suggestion was. Despite how busy it was when I showed up I was really impressed with how quickly everything was taken care of. In short my car was fixed quickly at an honest price. I've never been to a mechanic where my issue was handled in such a friendly and informative way. These guys are great. I'll be coming back.”

Anyone that believes it is should spend several weeks in the shoes of those making the repairs.They were timely, friendly, and kept me up to date on where my truck was in the process.
