“Daniel with Employee# 345490 in Chapin, SC was absolutely amazing!! I came in with 2 packages and a very confusing situation, but he streamlined the process and helped tremendously both in the store and afterwards on the phone when I called back with questions regarding my return. He was so very polite and never once showed frustration when most people probably would have. He took his time to explain everything clearly and helped to solve a confusing issue I had in the moment. I hope he receives some form of recognition for his kind demeanor as a person because he absolutely deserves it. He was amazing to work with and if I ever need assistance again, I will ask for him specifically in the future. I cannot say enough about the kindness and level of professionalism Daniel exudes!”
