“Service is quick and efficient. I can count on UPS to get my package delivered. My favorite stores are in Lexington, SC on Old Cherokee and S Lake Dr. They are busy but lines move quickly and staff members seem well trained and efficient.”

“I went here for the first time and let's just say my taping of my package had a lot to be desired. They were friendly, took their time taped it up properly and thanked me. I definitely plan to return to this store. People can be rude to customer service but they don't understand they take their time for each person it's not a fast food chain. They answer questions! I think there great!”
