“I purchased a Mercedes GT that had paint protection film applied to the vehicle by this shop by the previous owner.
Vehicle maintenance records only listed the date and a service by this shop.
Not knowing what type of film it was or how to maintain it, one call to the shop gave me all the information I needed, including its lifetime warranty that I didn’t know about.
I very much appreciate that they took the time to look up the original work order and then also provide tips on the films care. Additionally took the time and effort to provide the names of local ( to me) shops that can perform warranty work if needed. This is a clear example of excellent customer care and service. Use this shop!”
