“So, I had a very minor fender bender, and the insurance company for the driver at fault sent me to Gerber. I didn’t expect anything above and beyond, just to get my car back to its original shape. But wow, these folks were amazing! Brandy at the front desk was so easy to work with and helpful. The whole crew could not have been more friendly and accommodating. My car was ready more quickly than anticipated which is unheard of. Most importantly, when I came to pick it up, my key fob was dead, and I kept setting off my car alarm. They were quick to assist in figuring out how to get me back on the road. Absolutely five stars at a five and I would give them six that I could! Plus, they have a coffee machine that makes delicious lattes!!”
“Went to White Horse to inquire about having both the interior and exterior of my vehicle detailed. There was a gentleman that explained some of the options/packages along with the pricing for each. He did tell me that I would need to make an appointment for a full detail. No problem, I went online and booked an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived, the process was very smooth. I am overall very satisfied with this detail. Highly recommend, staff is very friendly, chill lounge area too!”
