The people in the pharmacy are SO RUDE. I have been treated with such disrespect and downright rudeness for no reason on too many occasions that I am finally fed up enough to leave a negative review. We use this pharmacy purely out of convenience but today is the last time.

Was disappointed my wife who needed insulin was kept waiting 30 minutes because the 1 pharmacist was busy. She had not had insulin for 36 hours. The pharmacists did get excited when I shared this fact with her and that I was displeased she was kept waiting so long!

I love Harborview CVS! Aldo, the pharmacist, and Peter at the front checkout, along with the rest of the staff are great and helpful. I recommend the CVS App, so you can save a tree. The receipts are a mile long with coupons. You get more coupons on the app anyways.
