JD Sports is a store with a great location. Some customers note a severe lack of urgency and knowledge about the store’s computers. Staff were praised for their helpfulness: a young lady was nice and patient with a hard‑to‑please grandson, and a young man helped at the floor and register. Customers express frustration but are not upset. The night of February 17, 2023, workers saved lives, letting people into the store during gun shots. Great customer service is highlighted.
Such a shame me and my friends came to shop for Christmas and the doors was locked at 8:15pm . The staff watched us pull the door and said they was closed . But online it says 9:00pm! No one came to the door said anything either.

If the store hours says closed at 7pm on Sunday why are doors being locked before? Me and my family went there 20 mins prior til closing and the doors were locked! Unexceptionable, another family also tried to go in, and said this the 2 time this has happened smh.

Very bad customer service! Ask for help and they act very rude! I asked the manager for help and he acted very rudely, as if I had interrupted him in the middle of something, answered in a rude manner and rolled his eyes, then spoke rudely to me in front of other customers!
