“This was my first time here. I was looking for a latex mattress. Before coming here, I visited three other large stores, and I'm so glad I found this place because of their high ratings. I spent two hours here, and Gina was sincere, patient, and professional, helping me without rushing me. Finally, I found the latex mattress and adjustable bed frame I was looking for. The quality is fantastic, better than other stores, and the price is only half or 1/3. The owner Davis, personally delivered the mattress, and he was very attentive, meticulous and fast delivering. Now I understand why Charleston Bedding has such a high rating of 4.9 – they truly care about their customers and help them find high-quality mattresses at the best prices. This was my first time here, but it will definitely be my first stop or maybe only one in the future when I need again. Thanks so much to Gina and David for their sincere and enthusiastic service!”
“Worked with Robin at MattressFirm and the wealth of knowledge he brought to our mattress hunt was phenomenal. He made the process much clearer to understand the right mattress for my wife and I. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and already sleeping much better!”
“A well‑liked local mattress retailer with a friendly, pressure‑free sales approach and mattress options at prices often much lower than big‑box competitors. Shoppers praise knowledgeable staff, straightforward explanations, and quick delivery, making mattress shopping easier. Quality varies by model, and warranties/returns are limited, so test before buying.”
“Excellent service, knowledgeable staff who listen to you and seek to help with total professionalism. My wife and I bought our new living room and bedroom furniture for our new home and we will definitely be back in the future.”
“My girlfriend was looking for a couple of specific pieces and had visited five or six furniture stores around the North Charleston and Somerville area without success. Walked in there. We found the two pieces that she wanted almost immediately and they were able to deliver it in 4 days”
“This is one of my favorite furniture stores in Charleston. I got all my furniture for my college house from here at a very reasonable price and they have very nice pieces here if you know where to look god here the store has been there a very long time as far as I can remember! The man that runs it is very kind and always helpful! If you need anything for a college apartment or dorm this is the place to go!”

“I went into Matress Firm to try a mattress that I was considering buying directly from the manufacturer website, but wanted to try it out in person first. Gary was very helpful and absolutely not pushy in trying to meet my needs and help me make the decision to purchase in person from Matress Firm, rather than buying directly through Dreamcloud. Gary was great and I feel he was very honest in meeting my needs rather than trying to push a sale. Explain the differences in the mattresses and suggested I try a couple of others from other manufacturers. I did end up buying my whole bed set up here and I'm looking forward to getting it and sleeping better! There is no reason to buy online without trying out and comparing beds in person. You won't get a better price and you're not getting get a better guarantee.”
