I bought 2 beautiful sport coats and a suit. Great to see an excellent local shop doing well. You will not find better customer service!!!”

“At the suggestion of Krissy (?) at customer service I called the closest store to me when the warehouse was out of a size and color I was hoping for in an exchange. Thankfully this location had it in stock! The sweetest person answered and was extremely kind and helpful and I’m the worst and can’t remember her name- but she pulled my order, got me checked out quickly and efficiently. Better yet she estimated that my order might not arrive until Wednesday with the holiday- but she got it out so quickly that they arrived a day and half after I placed my order. Totally made my day!!! Thank you so much king st store! Looking forward to stopping in next time I’m in town. Y’all are the best!”

“Can’t say enough good things about the team at Buck Mason on King Street. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with waters and a warm welcome. One of the team members gave us a tour of the store, helped me try on two jackets, and shared some real insight into the products.
He wasn’t just helpful—he clearly loves what he does and embodies everything about the Buck Mason brand. With his guidance, I ended up choosing a killer chore field coat that I’m genuinely excited to wear.
We were so impressed, we actually came back the next day to pick up a gift for a family member. I wish I caught his name, but I really want to shout him out for his energy, vibe, and true ambassadorship of the brand.

“I did not visit the store BUT I bought the king street tote bag online (I couldn't find where to do a review on it on the website) and y'all.... this thing will fit so much stuff. Today I used it for a work bag and I fit a laptop, a tablet, a 2nd slim computer screen, a pack of printer paper, a small notebook, a 2 inch binder, a 3 whole punch, mouse, number pad, a computer charger, a yeti slim koozie, and a small bag with pens. “Everyone is a welcome customer at M. Dumas. They offer a wide variety of men’s fashion at differing prices, and for this reason they welcome everyone as a potential customer. I’m only an occasional shopper but am always greeted with a warm greeting and genuine desire to help. The sales staff will leave you alone to explore or guide you to specific choices, it’s your call. This is what distinguishes M.Dumas for me - they welcome me as a customer, not knowing if I’m buying or not. I’m still their valued customer. Unlike two other men’s stores on King St. where upon entering I’m quickly assessed as an unlikely buyer therefore not worthy of attention, and sometimes not even a greeting. For this reason alone I’ll always be an M.Dumas buyer; they have great clothes but an even better attitude toward all their customers.”

“We poked our head in here while walking back from the City Market bc we saw the black dog logo and it reminds us of our Newfie at home. We found some great sales and some very cute items, all adorned with that cute black dog logo. The lady working inside was super friendly and helpful and we chatted with her for a bit about the start of the store at Martha's Vineyard as a restaurant and then the eventual transition to clothing stores as well. I really liked some of their items and while it's pricy, there are some sales you can find. Very cute.”
“Wonderful people!! Martha was over the top with kindness and knowledge!! We were invited to a prestigious Charleston New Year’s Eve ball. Being local we went to Berlin‘s to start out, a few hours later we left with me fitted perfectly for a tux (by Kraig who was awesome!!) and my wife with a beautiful evening gown and multiple other daily wear clothes.
