When I tried something on and didn’t like the fit she graciously took the garment back and did not make me feel like a burden like I’ve felt at other places. “This Mt Pleasant store was in a bit of a slump but now is brighter, more inviting, staff is on the floor , and the buyer has picked up the better quality and a more modern flavor in clothing. Returning Amazon items opened my eyes to the improvements.
Hiring KEYTORAH G. at the “Amazon only” return desk was also a bright spot. Keytorah was very helpful in pulling up my QR codes. She is pleasant, hardworking, genuine and efficient.

“My review is mainly about the customer service. Unfortunately every time I come to this specific location they are out of my size (L) in all of the sales items. This is the case no matter what day or time. Fortunately I don’t mind ordering online in-store as they can have it shipped to me for free. I have also made several returns of online orders in person at this location, most recently with cashiers Grace and Mikayla. They made it quick and easy with the funds going back on my Old Navy card.”
