“Bootjack on Rivers Ave in N Charleston had exactly the boots my husband has been wanting and $200 less than Boot Barn. Katie was extremely helpful and very friendly. We live almost 2 hours away and would definitely drive to that location again for my husband's work boots!”
“The only time i've ever felt happy leaving a suit fitting / rental. I'm a larger guy, so It's already uncomfortable to shop for menswear, and i've never been happy with the fit of any rental suit from other providers.
I walked into Tuxedo junction with no appointment on a lark becuase they had other great reviews. They were able to accomodate me on a short timeline, and took great care to help me look my best and feel comfortable.
What's great is that they have all of their inventory in house, so you don't have to get fitted and then get the suit shipped to a pickup location last minute, and if it's not perfect you're SOL.
You pick the style you want on your first visit, then schedule what days you need the suit. On pickup day, you try everything on, and they very quickly tailor everything on the spot exactly how you want it, and you're on your way.
Can't recommend them enough, great experience.”
“Needed a suit for an event. Went to the mall...ughh...not alot to choose from and very disorganized in all the stores I went to. I decided to give Newyorkers a last ditch try....and I was so very happy I did.
They have EVERYTHING you need for dressing up for an event!!
Their inventory is very organized with many many sizes and styles available.
Their staff is excellent at assisting you with getting the right size and accessories!!! Very professional and friendly!
You also cannot beat their prices!

“Phenomenal customer experience today. Was shopping with my 9 year old to get her first pair of converse :) both of the women employees that we interacted with were just awesome! The woman on the floor offered assistance and I asked about how much to size down. She gave some guidance and then offered to check the fit for me. The woman at the register was so sweet-my daughter was using birthday money to pay her own way and the way the employee took care of her was genuinely outstanding. “I recently rented a suit for an out of town event: I initially hadn't realized the suit wouldn't arrive until the day prior, when I would have already left the area. I asked for them to switch the delivery location to the place I was traveling to: unfortunately there was some sort of miscommunication and it was shipped to the wrong place. I spoke with Linda, one of the managers of this location, and they did expedited overnight shipping to my requested location. I got the suit in time and they even gave me a partial refund just for the trouble. The staff was very professional and despite the mix-up they helped me out and got me what I needed on time. Very impressed and will definitely shop with them again in the future!”

“Great customer service is something we all hope to receive as consumers, but this past weekend my husband and I had an experience that truly stood out.
We stopped by Gap near the end of the day to look for work pants, and while we were shopping, a young gentleman who was sweeping the floor approached my husband with the kindest and most respectful demeanor. He spoke to us about the store credit card, which we politely declined since we are currently in the process of buying a home and aren’t able to apply for anything right now.
What made the interaction so memorable was his response. He completely understood, and congratulated us on our new home ?. In a world where many customer interactions can feel rushed or transactional, his professionalism, and positive attitude truly made our day.”
“They always have lots of neat clothes and the prices are great! I think they have something for everyone from teenagers through 50+! I love to shop there and I go to their store at the outlet mall too! I do miss being able to try on this is shoppers worst nightmare having to return a bunch of stuff!
