PetSmart is a large pet supply and services retailer offering a wide selection of products for many types of animals. The staff is frequently described as friendly, great, helpful, and amazing, with specific praise for grooming employees and Banfield veterinary care. Customers report being greeted at the door and finding store items easy to locate. Many highlight positive experiences with services like grooming, veterinary appointments, and seasonal Santa picture events, noting the staff's genuine care and ability to handle chaos while engaging well with pets. While some note that finding help on the sales floor can be inconsistent and that other retailers may have better prices or selection, PetSmart remains a recommended and convenient go-to store for many pet owners.
