“Good place, good experience, good options.It gets four stars because of two things. They sell risky items (bones, hooves, etc, and raw). To each their own if you wanna give that to your animals as long as you know the associated risks! There's also no garbage bin outside anywhere for pet waste. I've been coming here two years (infrequently just because it's a trip) and they still don't have one. Owners already make enough excuses to not pick up waste. Please don't encourage that! If you can get a bin outside, you'll get 5 stars. Thanks!”

I left wanting to be his friend - I can’t say enough amazing things about him and was blown away by his kindness and customer service. I of course bought everything and was so happy with the prices and the information behind the brands. I do have to comment that everything he recommended has been the perfect fit and exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend the store and Ry!”

“This store and its staff is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I live an hour and a half away, but will gladly make the commute. I bought several products and some Tuckers raw food which was recommended to me. Thank you for a great experience. They literally spent an hour or more helping me and explaining how different foods could be helpful for my dog's allergies and issues. They even guaranteed the food.”

“It’s a standard pet store. They have what you need or they don’t - and you can order what they don’t online. Honestly, I’m mostly there for the pinkys and crickets, occasionally other items, but their team has been helpful and generally personable. Great if you just need some standard pet stuff.”
