“I brought my 12 year old Carolina Dog, Coco Chanel, here to have her teeth cleaned without anesthesia by Creature Comforts Dentistry. You could tell walking in that this is not a run-of-the-mill pet store. Coco was like a kid in a candy store. They have so many specialty items that you won't see in a Pet Smart or Petco. And it was obvious how much the staff truly loves their customers (pets). It is a gem that you should check out if you need or want something special for your pet. In addition, Coco's dental cleaning went beautifully, much more affordable than the vet and without the risks and side effects of anesthesia! Definitely 5* all the way around!”
“We were visiting Charleston and we find this store. Great quality products and the associate (Savannah) gave us tons of information about their products. It was definitely worth it to stop by and get some natural treats for our puppy. We’ll definitely come back when visiting again or even ordering online since she said they do shipping as well! ?”

“First, the quality of the products is the best! When I took the doods for their well check, our vet even commented on their bow ties. Shipping is fast and I love the different fabric prints. However, I will say the best thing about this company is they stand behind their products. I ordered a bow tie/leash. I was so excited when I received it, I did not notice 2 numbers on my phone number had been reversed. In fact, my husband noticed a few days ago. I called them, they checked the order and said we will send you a new collar and within days I had the corrected collar. I will only order from them - not just because of their quality but because they stand behind their product. Oh! and I think the doods look pretty cute too!”
“This review is for Wayne (grooming salon), not the store.
For as long as I am in this area I will only take my cat (Chidi Anagonye) to see Wayne at PetSmart on Rivers. The level of care and friendliness he gave Chidi is beyond exceptional.
In his 4 long years on this earth Chidi has seen a couple of groomers. When Wayne was finished with my cat I realized he was never properly groomed before.
Wayne if you ever leave PetSmart, let me know where you’re going so I can follow you ?.
P.S. Don’t ever take your cat or dog to the PetSmart on Dorchester Rd. You can read my review on them”

“I took my 13 week old pup to a puppy social for my first experience at Dolittle’s- what a wonderful place! The staff was incredible and very knowledgeable. They ensured that each puppy had a great experience and ended things on a good note. The store itself is full of amazing goodies for the pups and they have wash stations! I’m so happy that I came across this store and I can’t wait to continue doing business with them in the future.”
“Wonderful grooming experience all around yesterday at PetSmart near Citadel Mall. Easy parking & the entire dog grooming dept is well run with competent and friendly staff. Easy to make appts online with price bundles - - even choose your stylist by name & the exact services you want from basic to spa options. Kayla and Faith gave our dogs the best cuts ever. They called to make sure how I wanted the head and ears cut & then called back with a 20 mins heads up for pickup. Really appreciated the detail to cutting their nails & fur around the paw area. We will be back! Lots of parking too & a vet clinic inside. Must show rabies vaccination with shots at least 48 hours prior to the appt. Highly recommend!”
