After fighting with PNC and multiple people at different locations for 4 days it straight, It took one phone call and 5 mins of Jacenta's time to help us with the paper we needed! She had it printed and ready to for us to pick up within minutes!

when i go to pnc they have a new lady who will not print out a receipt this is unacceptable!! /she states her competer will not print out a receipt or monthy stmt. I liked the young man who quit because he was great at what he did.
