terrible bank. I have banked with them since the early 80s when they were national city - now all they care about is collecting service fees and selling new credit cards. You would think that after closing my business account and telling them why, they might have tried to improve their service. Nope.

John is the best!! I hate banks and banking as a concept but John made it quick, easy, and was fun to talk to.
