This location has been so helpful. After several hickups with a replacement phone not only were they patient despite my stress but they helped me find creative solutions to my phone issues. Highly recommend this store.

This place is okay lots of attitude from managers and assistant managers for some reason but otherwise okay I don't think they like their job too much

BEST TMOBILE STORE IN CHARLESTON. Everyone on the team is super helpful and friendly. Even when I had complicated problems with my device they took the time to resolve it. The manager is doing a great job leading his team. Would definitely recommend!
