    Amazing service while at Charleston airport. Customer service representative was very professional and polite and have a great energy. The vehicle was . Pristine and clean. It was a red Dodge charger. I loved it. Very well-maintained.

    No car available even though I had made reservations. Had to take a pick up truck that was high off the ground and VERY hard to get into for us elderly folks. Even fell once trying to get out.Nobody at counter to help us.Hertz counter did help us.

    Great Experience and customer service. I arrived in Charleston 8/24/23 around 11:30am. Wish I could remember the representative name but she went above and beyond as far as customer service, price breakdown(which was cheaper then what I booked for) and even giving directions.
