Our experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Charleston Airport was truly a pleasant one. The airport rental car pickup area is quite a walking distance, and Jess quickly realized that my guest and I could use some assistance. She kindly arranged for someone to pick us up and asked if we would mind waiting. We certainly didn’t mind, as the walk would have been quite a challenge for us.
A short time later, Matt approached us, took our bags, and personally escorted us to our rental car. He was such a gentleman—courteous, helpful, and attentive.
Thank you, Enterprise, and especially Jess and Matt, for providing such exceptional customer service. In an era when genuine customer service seems to be eroding, it is refreshing to encounter a company whose standards remain high. Your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and we certainly appreciate it.”

“I booked a rental truck with this location before I saw the reviews and was a little nervous about the experience I might have but I had absolutely no issues getting my rental. The lady at the desk was nice and worked quickly. I can see why many people leave low ratings just for the fact the "reservation" is not actually guaranteed, but that is the fault of the company and it sets the service personnel up for failure. My main issue with this specific location is it difficult to find. It is located inside the Citadel Mall but there is no signage outside to tell you where to go, I just went in the closest entrance to where I saw a bunch of Budget trucks parked and found it that way. They could definitely make it easier to find. I was also concerned that there is no official review of the truck's condition once it is in your possession. Personnel did not review it with me and there is no online portal to post pictures of the condition you received it in, which is an unnecessary liability for the customer, they could blame damage you for damage you did not cause.”

I personally received excellent customer service at this location. I treated the person at the counter with respect.
I Witnessed horribly abusive, aggressive demanding behavior by the second of two men in front of me, the first appearing to be in his 60s and Acting as though this was his first time ever renting a car at an airport, even though he seemed to be a Experienced traveler.
I do not work for Budget nor the airport nor do I know anyone who works for either of these entities.
