The time estimates I get when dropping off my car are accurate. When the car is ready, I get a call, instead of me needing to call for status update. The receptionists recognize me when I return for my car.I bought a set of tires a couple years back. I might have paid more than a national chain (maybe not, I don't remember) but the follow-up service with two punctures has been great.”

He went above and beyond with making sure that I was able to have my car serviced for an Uber inspection. Even though I came in 30 minutes close to closing time. Chuck and the young lady at the desk both welcomed me with a cheery smile. Not once did they made me felt rushed or guilty for arriving late to closing. Truthfully, I cannot thank Chuck, Chandler and the team enough for their professionalism and helping me with my troubles. “After failing to get serviced at Firestone down the road from here(read review on their page) I scheduled an appointment with Tire Choice for the next morning at 10 to drop my car off. Amber and Steven took care of me and my car! I went in for an oil changed and squealing brakes. Amber made sure to keep me updated on the progress as she filed the proper paperwork through my car company to make sure that they would cover repairs, etc. She also made sure to call me when my car was ready. I am a patient person when it comes to getting work done on my vehicle, so I had already was prepared to leave my car there for a few hours. And let me tell you I was not disappointed when I picked my car up! The squealing was gone and my oil was new and these guys had to order a rotor and front brake pads file paperwork and do a oil change in a matter of 5 hours! I even waited (about 3 weeks) to leave this review and my brakes are still silent and car is running smooth! I don’t wanna share them with y’all but yeah… this is my go to auto shop everytime from now on.”

“I had a flat tire at a gas station 700 ft from Honest-1, and when I called for help, they sent someone immediately. The air hose at the gas station didn’t work, but their portable one did, and the guy didn’t even charge me since it was so quick and so close (and maybe bc I mentioned I’m a teacher). My tire’s fate is TBD, but if it needs a replacement, I’ll definitely go to Honest-1. “The front staff "Dawn" is outstanding! She made my experience better. There were computer issues which prevented me from paying, causing stress on staff members, which I think should be addressed by the company. This is a busy store and malfunctioning computers only add stress to their work environment, which is unfair. I couldn't leave a five-star review because the technician left glue all over my new tires which is unacceptable.”

“I’m a new driver and my tire pressure light came on - I’ve never had to put air in my tires before and didn’t know the process or how to do it myself. Talon was so nice. He didn’t charge me a service fee or anything for doing it. He got me in right away - checked my pressure and filled my tires. Everyone one was so nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need any maintenance in the future.”

Despite being closed, we received a reply from their text service within minutes to confirm their availability and their ability to help with our sedan. Once they received the vehicle, they called to quote us an affordable price and a timeline that they actually stuck to. And if it didn’t get better than that… our car had its gas stolen while it was waiting to get towed and the employees at Dorsey went to fill up a gas can and filled our tank enough to get it moving at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
