“I visited this location after my local Tire choice in Mt Pleasant permanently closed. I’m glad I did! I’m writing this review to let others know the Amazing service I received in this location. The General Manager Laura was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist me with my situation. I had a bad front rotor and wheel bearing the was causing a horrible squeaking noise in my front end. After taking the car apart we found out that the auto part store near by had given me the wrong parts. She literally drove me over a mile to get the right parts for my car and she did it with a smile the entire time. The Tech at this location William is one of the best in the area with over 40 years of experience and very professional. He explained everything to me and fixed my car like it was new again. I will not look anywhere else for future needs. This was outstanding customer services A+++++✨??”

It may be a lil mom n pop shop, but they've been consistent with the service they provide and are rarely ever off their A-Game. Very few times has their been a situation where something on my car was messed up because of a tire they put on, but when explained to them what your concerns are, they'll level with you the best they can. “Just purchased Michelin tires a month ago. So happy after today's torrential downpours all along the coast. I literally drove every bridge from Mt. Pleasant to John's Island to Charleston, side puddles or should I say side lakes and not once did my car waiver. My car held the road no matter what was tossed at me today.I was going for the save a buck brand yet after talking to the manager I went with the better tires.
