The carrier that does 1000West route needs to actually lock the bottom mailboxes after putting packages in them. He left 2 wide open not even locked and the key in my box and the other in door of the other box.

2 nd time now I’ve Arrived at this location when it first opens at 9 AM they didn’t open the doors until 9:07 and almost 10 mins after 9. I really don’t appreciate this when I need to be somewhere on time.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Line was long and the worker was lazy. After measuring the package he added inches to the size and charged me more than double what the rate should have been And refused to give my package back so that I could go elsewhere to mail it. Straight fraud
