Leaves packages in the rain despite talking to driver and leaving a sign. No valid phone number to call office.

Go to a different location, this one doesn’t have a drop box for packages so you have to wait in line or get the worker attention. It’s always the same worker and she is a know it all. From now on I’m going to a different location
