She waited and offered to help my husband select a different size that I was needing. Deborah was kind, courteous, and very professional. I would like to thank her for a very pleasant experience!”

“The clerk was awesome. She definitely made me want to come back. And made the next visit her sale also. We purchased one of the log rocking chairs and thanks to her we'll be going back to purchase the matching swing on our next trip. However great she was, the lady that was told to help us get the chair and load it up did in fact help put it in the cart, but after checking out and getting to the car she was nowhere to be seen, and didn't even show up outside to help load it up. We actually had to ask another customer, who was also leaving the store for his help, as my mom and I are both disabled and I have to use a cane. So, the so called helper named Dawn, almost caused us to get a refund and go somewhere else to purchase the chair, where we could get help loading it, and the swing that my mom will be purchasing next. It's sad that we were able to spend our money there, but couldn't get it loaded without having to ask a stranger in the parking lot, which could have been dangerous for us. SMH”
