“I've been shopping with Hot Spot for approximately forty years. As I live right across the state line in North Carolina, I always go to the Hot Spot for fuel for my vehicles and it's usually ten to fifteen cents cheaper than in North Carolina. They have great hot dogs and other snacks available. There customer service is tops. I would recommend anyone to stop at the Hot Spot for fuel and other items. The fuel savings are in itself what keeps me coming back .”

“This BP station is just over the border into South Carolina and so it is able to sell fuel with the lower gas taxes. It used to be 18 cents but now is 16 cents. Even for a 15 gallon tank, you're only saving $2.40 so it's not worth going out of your way. But if you're already heading down Highway 321 from Gastonia towards Clover, then it's worth waiting to fill up. The pump area is covered and the receipt printer worked. There is not a lot of traffic in this part of the world, so getting back on to 321 southbound is not difficult. This mini-mart is selling BP fuel products. There is also a convenience store. “I come here all the time! I can walk to it from my house. Have very kind cashiers, especially around 6pm. Very friendly staff. Delicious potato wedges and chicken, though a bit spicy for my tastes. The candies and other products have pretty good prices imo. Only seemed like I was overcharged once. I'll continue to come here every week! Absolutely love this place and reccomend others to come! Also, rarely at nights, theres a stray cat. They're very shy and scared of humans, but the workers at the gas station take care of them. Ty 4 that btw.”

“They didn’t take my insurance apparently bc I’m from 6 miles away over the NC border (my dentist is in clover sc bc it’s closer than going into Gastonia) but the script of antibiotics was $16 which is only $6 more than my insurance copay anyways. Pharmacy ladies are great”

“GREAT STORE, HAS A LOT OF ITEMS CLOSER THAN HAVING TO GO ALL THE WAY TO A GROCERY STORE. FRIENDLY STAFF, ITEMS ALWAYS IN STOCK, BATHROOMS ALWAYS CLEAN! “This pharmacy goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care of. Insurance issues and inventory issues are often times out of their control. Whenever I’ve had an issue with a medicine being out of stock they found it at another location. Insurance issues they call the insurance company and try to get it resolved. People need to understand that these ladies are working as hard as they can to get all these prescriptions done, call Dr offices, call insurance companies, etc. Thanks CVS Clover for ALL YOU GUYS DO!!”
