“I went in yesterday to get a new phone because mine was acting up. I almost went to Lancaster but decided to try York and I am definitely glad. Sean and Alyssa were amazing! Best customer service at a phone store I have ever had. While I was in there they looked at our bill and realized we had an old plan and saved us money and got us signed up for auto pay which saved us $40 a month. I highly recommend you to go to this store because they actually care and take time instead of rushing you out. Thank you for the great service!!”
