“My husband and I went to cricket on king Street in kings mountain. The sales associate named Cris was absolutely awesome and very helpful. I will definitely be going back to that store.”
“Nikko helped us choose a phone for my dad, who has low vision. He patiently went through the options with us, and then helped us set up the accessibility features. He really went above and beyond.”

“I got great customer service. Samantha made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I ported over two lines from Verizon in the last 3 months. Her excellent customer service skills is one of many reasons I keep coming back.”
