“Always great service and great grooming for my dog. Been going since I moved to York. And a neat online scheduling system. I had family visiting from out-of-town and had prebooked an advance appointment for my dog. But at the last minute I took in a rescue who needed a bath bad. Didn’t know or I would have made 2 appointments. Even though D&F was booked up they made the space for me to bring my original dog and the new rescue at the same time. SO APPRECIATED!!! I’m sure they can’t do that all the time but I was able to have 2 great smelling dogs when my family arrived. Thank you!”
“Didn't have 100% of what I was shopping for, but had 75%= Good Enough. :)They became a little impatient 40 mns before closing when I entered & as I was browsing & then shopping, asking me 4 Xs within 5 mns If they could help me find something; I finally had to tell them to stop. They then became very professional & the rest of my shopping experiences went VERY well. I will most likely revisit.”
“Just moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That’s what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.”
“Great prices on majority things especially when they have big sales. I don’t go there for pet food or supplies mainly just treats and toys.
Love their selection of treats and toys they have all over store. Very clean store and employees very attentive and helpful.”
