Jess, store manger, was very helpful. I was saying the wrong name for what I needed, but she understood and even installed it for me. Associate Kim, on the other hand, not so nice, a little condescending, and not very good customer service. Jess, however, was amazing and very helpful. I'm glad she was there.

As Fram has filed bankruptcy and no longer has filters available, I had to ask for help in purchasing new filters for my vehicle. I went inside and was assisted immediately in locating new products.
