“I called an hour before closing, about a battery, that I desperately needed, and was able to get there within the last 10 minutes. The gentleman I initially spoke with about the battery, was standing at the front counter, waiting for me. Not only was he VERY polite and professional, he helped me stay within my budget, AND he remembered my name. Just the fact that he seemed happy to had waited on me, was enough alone for me to be a repeat customer, as well as send family and friends there. AMAZING customer service. ???️”
“Brandon was super nice and extremely helpful. My daughter’s phone quit working. It looked like a lost cause but Brandon offered to replace the battery to see if that would work. It did!

“Robert was absolutely amazing and helpful! I had gone to a competitor (closer to my home) to get my battery/alternator tested, as my van had trouble starting. The competitor wouldn't assist me because it was raining, so I drove to this location. Robert had no problem with going in the rain to test everything. He checked my battery, alternator, starter and check engine light, as the rain started coming down harder and harder. He then helped me select the correct battery, that needed replacing. He also took it out to my van for me in the pouring rain. As I as driving down the road, I realized I had told him the wrong year on my van. I called and spoke with him, turns out I needed a different battery. By the time I got back to the store, he had done the exchange and had the new battery ready to go. He once again, came out in the pouring rain to place the battery into my van. I can not express how thankful I am. This was a Sunday, I had my kids, my husband was out working and I was distressed knowing what was going on. Robert also thank me for the business and me know he would be there until 6 that day if I needed any other assistance. He truly went above and beyond with his customer service. I will definitely be back in the future for anything that is needed with my vehicle. Thank you Robert!!”

“I recently bought a new foreign car and drove out of town. The battery light came on and the car gave me messages that I could continue to drive for a short amount of time. I called this location because they always help me and got Ms.Beverly. She helped me locate the battery and told me how to read the numbers for the expiration. I needed a new battery?. She told me exactly what kind of battery I needed and where the closest O'Reilly's was by me. She also told me I would have to have it professionally installed and told me to call her back to make sure I had been taken care. Everything worked out, I was able to get a battery extremely cheaper than the dealer and was able to find someone to install it. I called her back later that day and she was still at work and so happy I was ok, she told me to make sure I stop by when I return to see my new car, lol. I get all my parts if possible from this location, only because of the awesome customer service. I will continue to visit her and recommend friends and family...I also tell them make sure to see Ms. Beverly because she actually knows what she is doing. She will tell you all she knows is cars because of her upbringing! Thanks again!”
