If any of you haven't heard(I hadn't), Batteries Plus offers a great program for customer's key fob. We paid a little over $25 and we now have lifetime replacement for the fob battery. For vehicles like our Altima, with push to start, that a great deal since this feature seems to use battery life faster. The representative who helped us was great! He had our battery swapped and we were on our way in no time!”
“I went to Take 5 to get my oil changed and they didn’t have my engine air filter in stock. I asked how much it would cost and said I’d get back to them. I called O’Reilly and Mason answered. He figured out which type I needed, let me know that he had one in stock, and - bonus - it was way cheaper than the oil guy quoted me. Excellent customer service and a great experience all around.”

“Robert was absolutely amazing and helpful! I had gone to a competitor (closer to my home) to get my battery/alternator tested, as my van had trouble starting. The competitor wouldn't assist me because it was raining, so I drove to this location. Robert had no problem with going in the rain to test everything. He checked my battery, alternator, starter and check engine light, as the rain started coming down harder and harder. He then helped me select the correct battery, that needed replacing. He also took it out to my van for me in the pouring rain. As I as driving down the road, I realized I had told him the wrong year on my van. I called and spoke with him, turns out I needed a different battery. By the time I got back to the store, he had done the exchange and had the new battery ready to go. He once again, came out in the pouring rain to place the battery into my van. I can not express how thankful I am. This was a Sunday, I had my kids, my husband was out working and I was distressed knowing what was going on. Robert also thank me for the business and me know he would be there until 6 that day if I needed any other assistance. He truly went above and beyond with his customer service. I will definitely be back in the future for anything that is needed with my vehicle. Thank you Robert!!”

The team worked with me to get an estimate for a Pixel 10 Pro phone repair that had been exposed to water damage so could submit a claim to my insurance company. From the time I called and asked if they would work with me to the final approval of my claim Trey was their to work with me.
