“I had the pleasure of being greeted and assisted by Rochelle at The Children's Place at Sandhill in Columbia SC. Because my children are now older I don't frequent the store as in the past. Rochelle was nice enough to assist me throughout my shopping process. At checkout she showed me additional items that worked for what I was wanting to purchase for gifts. I appreciate your willingness and patience. It's extremely difficult to find good customer service it was awesome to see it wasn't lost with her. I'll definitely return to the store.”
“I had an event to go to tonight and I decided to go into this Old Navy. This was my first time in there and the staff was so immaculate. I felt like I was shopping with my best friends. I liked the layout of the store a lot and pricing was pretty good all things considered. They got me right!!!!”

“I live on the opposite side of town, so this was my first time stopping in, and Katie and Mrs. Alison were so welcoming! I usually frequent the downtown children’s stores, but Enchanted Closet has a much bigger selection, especially if you love Beaufort Bonnet and Feltman Bros! The store is beautiful, organized and also has a huge sale section to choose from!”

“This store is a hidden gem. I have shopped in person, by phone, and online. The staff is always very helpful, and their recommendations are spot on. We pretty much only purchase gifts for relatives, and the recipients are always happy to when the beautifully wrapped Marigold packages arrive. Great selection and great seasonal sales as well.”
“Today, I came in from out of town to pick up a gift from the store. My problem was that I thought the store closed at 6 PM when in reality, closing time was 5:30 PM. As I was on the way, I called the store to let them know that my estimated arrival time was unfortunately a few minutes past closing time. IThey were so very kind to tell me not to worry and they would be there when I arrived. You just don't receive customer service like that anymore! Not only are the clothes and items in this store absolutely precious, but so are the people! Thank you so much!”
“Small store was a little cramped. I didn't appreciate the layout. A very friendly store associate helped me find items for my granddaughter otherwise I would have left. Thankfully my granddaughter loved the clothes.”

“My trip to Old Navy was a success, and I’m definitely glad that I stopped in! I hadn’t been to Old Navy in years, so I didn’t really know what to expect. However, I was able to find a nice pair of khaki pants, and they had a lot of items that I liked and might stop by again in the future to check out. They also seemed to have a nice selection of clothing for children, and if I ever need a pair of blue jeans, this’ll be the first place I come. As such, I would recommend!”
