“Walked in to look for a new Cal King Mattress - current mattress is an over 10 year old Beautyrest. Fully expected to spend $5-6k with high pressure sales and time.
Richard greeted me right away and was extremely helpful walking me through the different options based on my requests. I ended up spending 1/2 what I expected, am very pleased with the selection and with the warranty should we not be happy with the purchase.
Sale was not high pressure and Richard was a pleasure to work with. The prices were great - better than the local furniture store near me and with no delivery fee or haul-away fee it was a no brainer.
Would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new mattress.”

What really stood out was that the interaction never felt like a sales pitch. It felt like one parent helping another. My daughter is a first responder who works nights, and the saleswoman went out of her way to ensure she could get the last delivery of the day on the exact day she is to move in, so she wouldn’t be woken up during her daytime sleep. That level of thoughtfulness is rare.
She walked us through every option, answered every question, and made the entire experience stress‑free. It’s one of the few big purchases I’ve made where I walked out feeling genuinely good about it.

“Best place in the Carolinas for bedding and furniture. The quality is excellent, the prices are very reasonable and the service is beyond anyone's wildest hopes. We lost a screw, one screw out of a futon setup and they spent the entire day searching for a screw that would work instead. Cannot say enough about the hospitality and quality of service.”
