“Jonathan was excellent. He took time to listen to our needs and sleep patterns. He showed us a variety of products and we were never pressured. We purchased our last mattress from here 15 years ago. I would recommend to everyone. Jonathan wasn't just a salesman he cared about us and the product”
“We had the honor of having Mr. Jeremy Ramsey as our salesperson. His knowledge of his patron's needs, his patients of their understanding, and meeting them at their price point was excellent. We will return and send out recommendations to our family members and friends.”

“Upon entering this establishment it was clean quiet. The staff member was very knowledgeable of the mattresses in his store. We were looking for a two-sided mattress. He showed us several different styles and comfort levels I would recommend this store to anyone who really wants a good mattress. They can customize your fit for the mattress and that was very interesting to me. Please stop in you'll enjoy your visit.”
“Nice selection. Guy working there answered questions, but wasn't overly pushy. Overall pleased with checking out mattresses here. May be back when I settle on what to actually purchase.”

“We had a great experience here. A very nice, clean, well-stocked store. When the owner didn’t have what we needed immediately in stock, he even connected us with another local store who did!”
“Best place in the Carolinas for bedding and furniture. The quality is excellent, the prices are very reasonable and the service is beyond anyone's wildest hopes. We lost a screw, one screw out of a futon setup and they spent the entire day searching for a screw that would work instead. Cannot say enough about the hospitality and quality of service.”
“We had a great experience with Tonya at the Rooms to go on Harbison Blvd. She helped us for 2 different days as we were deciding on a living room set. She was very patient and allowed us to shop around on our on until we had questions. She was very knowledgeable and made our experience a great one. I would definitely want to work with her again for any future purchases.”

“Michaelis Mattress is an outstanding, well-stocked business. I purchased mattresses here about four years ago and recently returned looking for rails for my 40-year-old brass bed. They had exactly what I needed!
I was greeted right away, explained what I was looking for, and within 10 minutes I had the rails and was on my way home. The experience was just as great as the last time, and I’ll definitely be back for my next mattress purchase.”
“AMAZING experience at Havertys, thanks to Allan and Mercedes!
After researching practically every furniture store in the Columbia area, it was clear that Haverty’s was in a class of its own.
Allan was wonderful to work with — knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right pieces for our home. From our stylish and comfortable living room furniture to our beautiful bedroom set, Allan made the entire experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. Delivery was perfect too!
We also want to give a special shout-out to Mercedes, the Havertys designer. Her expertise, eye for design, and thoughtful recommendations were incredibly valuable and helped us pull everything together beautifully. The way Allan and Mercedes worked together was truly impressive — they made a great team and made us feel confident in every decision.
It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we wholeheartedly recommend Allan and Mercedes!
Oh, and we can’t forget, John, such a wonderful manager! Many thanks to you all for being such a blessing to us!”
“Brandon was excellent at getting us comfortable and showing us all the benefits of a sleep number. We felt heard and that all of our questions were being answered honestly. Go see Brandon!”

“Wouldn’t buy an appliance from anywhere else.
The team at Jeffers McGill are top notch. From the sales team to the delivery guys it’s all the best.
David is the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever talked with about appliances and is equally not pushy. He seeks to educate and help you get exactly what you need.”

“Walked in to look for a new Cal King Mattress - current mattress is an over 10 year old Beautyrest. Fully expected to spend $5-6k with high pressure sales and time.
Richard greeted me right away and was extremely helpful walking me through the different options based on my requests. I ended up spending 1/2 what I expected, am very pleased with the selection and with the warranty should we not be happy with the purchase.
Sale was not high pressure and Richard was a pleasure to work with. The prices were great - better than the local furniture store near me and with no delivery fee or haul-away fee it was a no brainer.
Would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new mattress.”
